A girl named Beal and an elf named Samhain are on their holidays. While lounging at the beach they find a distraught sea monster named Ozí - He needs help! Ozí wants to join the other sea monsters in the water but doesn't know how to swim. It is up to Beal and Samhain to teach him how to swim so that he can dip in and out of the water as he likes.
